Electrical Construction Manager Location: Helsinki, Finland A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a major hyperscale project in Helsinki, Finland. This role is ideal for a senior electrical professional with strong mission-critical experience and a proven ability to manage large site teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, and quality assurance on fast-track construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager, QA team, package managers, and subcontractors to drive productivity, manage change, and maintain strict compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Manage electrical construction activities from installation through to handover
• Relevant Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, HNC/HND, NVQ or equivalent)

The Electrical Construction Manager will take full ownership of electrical site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate site QA in conjunction with the QA Manager
• Oversee short-term programme planning and two-week look-aheads
• Manage subcontractors, labour resources, and manpower tracking
• Monitor project progress against schedule and report variations/delays
• Ensure all materials and plant meet specifications and are stored safely
• Support project close-out including O&M manuals, QA files, safety files and punch lists
• Drive strong Health & Safety culture and site compliance standards
• Complete weekly safety reporting and proactive site inspections
• Manage change control and ensure cost/programme impacts are captured
Essential Criteria
• 5+ years’ experience in Electrical Construction Management
• Experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or mission-critical projects
• Strong LV/MV systems knowledge
• Proven subcontractor and programme management experience
• Experience with change control and project reporting
• Proficient in MS Project (or similar planning software)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
